Important Information

  • Once products are opened or used, they cannot be returned or resold.
  • Our products, including Shawls, Stoles, and Mufflers, are handcrafted using traditional methods; please handle them with care to maintain their quality.
  • Damages caused by neglect, improper usage, or incorrect care (such as improper washing) are not covered under our policy.
  • Thank you for understanding our policies as we prioritize your satisfaction and the integrity of our artisanal products.

Payment Policy

  • Your payment will be confirmed within 10 minutes of placing your order.
  • We ensure a secure and seamless payment process for all our customers via our integrated payment gateways.

Dispatch & Delivery Policy

  • Dispatch: Because our products are handcrafted, we may need time to prepare your order. We usually ship orders within 48 to 72 hours. You will receive a message and an email notification once the order is dispatched.
  • Delivery: We aim to deliver your order within 7-10 days. Shipment status updates will be sent via SMS, allowing you to track your order at every step.

Order Cancellation Policy

  • As our products are handcrafted, there may be minor differences in the items received compared to website imagery.
  • Orders can be cancelled only if we ship a wrong product or in the case of transit damages. In these specific instances, a full refund will be processed within 7 working days.
  • The orders cannot be cancelled under any other circumstances once they have been processed.

Return/Refund Policy

If you wish to return an item, please adhere to the following guidelines to ensure a smooth process:

  • Notification Window: You must notify us at yarnsofyore@yahoo.com within 24 hours of delivery to be eligible for a refund, return, or exchange.
  • Return Authorization: Products must only be sent back to our warehouse address after receiving explicit confirmation from our team.
  • Shipping Charges: In the event of a return request, the delivery and shipping charges will be borne by the individual customer.
  • Tracking Requirement: Once the product is dispatched to us, you are required to share the tracking details with our support team immediately.
  • Refund Initiation: Refunds will be initiated as soon as the product reaches our warehouse and passes a quality check, typically within 5-7 days.
  • Condition of Goods: Once products are opened or used, they cannot be returned or resold.
  • Damaged Products: For claims regarding damaged items, refunds will be processed the same day we receive the product, provided an unboxing video is shared with us.
  • Incorrect Products: If the incorrect product was sent, the correct item will be dispatched after we receive the return (5-7 days). Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 24 hours of the return being received.
