Shipping Terms & Conditions

Delivery Attempts: The logistics company will make a maximum of three attempts to deliver your package in case of unavailability.
OTP Requirement: As per current logistics protocols, a One-Time Password (OTP) may be required at the time of delivery to ensure security. An OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number before the delivery attempt.
Customer Availability: You are required to answer calls from the delivery partner and be available at the time of delivery communicated to you.
Non-Compliance: If a customer fails to be available or provide the required OTP after the maximum attempts, Yarnsofyore is not obligated to refund the order or re-attempt the delivery.
Fake Delivery Claims: In the case of a reported fake delivery, a thorough investigation will be conducted, which typically takes 7–8 days to conclude before next steps are determined.

Free Shipping: We offer FREE SHIPPING Pan India on all prepaid orders above Rs. 2,000.
Standard Rates: For orders below Rs. 2,000, please consider the shipping rates displayed during the checkout page to be final.
Payment Method: We do not accept Cash on Delivery (COD) at this time.
Processing Time: All orders are processed within 48–72 hours of receipt on business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

Estimated Delivery: The standard delivery time is 5–7 working days from the date of order confirmation.
High Volume Delays: During periods of high order volume, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow for additional transit days for delivery.
Notifications: If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will notify you via email or phone.
Geographic Scope: We do not currently ship products outside of India.

Delivery Destination: The order will be delivered to the specific address provided in the order details.
Address Changes: In case of a change of address after the order is placed, a nominal fee will be charged to revise the information and retry the delivery.
Refund Policy on Address Errors: No refund will be provided for failed deliveries resulting from incorrect address information. To ensure a smooth delivery process, kindly provide the correct address and PIN code at the time of placing your order.
